What you share
Custom order requests include your name, reply email, the home or business the piece is for, your selected collections and your message. Studio introductions and list signups use the fields shown on those forms.
How it reaches us
Your request is sent to the studio through the site’s form service. List signups are confirmed separately. No account, order or payment is created here. Use the request form to ask about an earlier message or request a correction.
During a preview
Preview submissions are explicitly unsent. Your selections and entered details stay in page memory and disappear when the page is reloaded. Collection links may carry non-personal selections in the URL.
